YH-LUGB intelligent vortex flowmeter is a flow meter that uses piezoelectric crystals as detection elements and outputs standard signals proportional to flow. The instrument can be used directly with an intelligent flow totalizer, or with a computer and a distribution system to measure the flow parameters of different media. The meter is based on the detection principle of fluid vortex street. The piezoelectric crystal of the vortex street is not in contact with the medium. The meter has the characteristics of simple structure, good versatility and high stability. The intelligent vortex flowmeter can be used for various gases and liquids. and steam flow detection and measurement.
 
working principle:
The basic principle of the intelligent vortex flowmeter is the Karman vortex principle, that is, "the vortex separation frequency is proportional to the flow velocity".
The flow body diameter of the flowmeter is basically the same as the nominal diameter of the meter. As shown in Figure 1, there is an approximately isosceles triangle cylinder inserted into the flow body. The axis of the cylinder is perpendicular to the flow direction of the measured medium, and the bottom faces the fluid. When the measured medium flows through the cylinder, the The vortices are alternately generated on both sides of the cylinder, and the vortices are continuously generated and separated, and two staggered rows of vortices are formed downstream of the cylinder, that is, the "vortex street". Theoretical analysis and experiments have demonstrated that the frequency of vortex separation is proportional to the flow rate of the medium on the column side.
